- Assist in procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and factory supplies
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs)
- Follow up with vendors for delivery schedules, and dispatch updates
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and supplier databases
- Coordinate with production and stores department for material requirements
- Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor stock levels and assist in avoiding stock shortages
- Update ERP/software entries related to purchases and inventory
- Coordinate with accounts team for invoice verification and payment follow-ups
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with suppliers and transporters
- Prepare procurement-related reports

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
