Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional ERPNextConsultant to lead end-to-end ERPNext
implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze business
requirements, design ERPNext-based solutions, configure modules, and ensure successful project delivery. You
will be instrumental in optimizing clients’ business processes and ensuring seamless adoption of ERPNext
solutions.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate

them into detailed functional specifications.

- Design, configure, and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes and objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge functional gaps within the ERPNext

system.

- Perform system testing, create and execute test scripts, and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth

system adoption.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and development teams.




- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERPNext versions, features, and community updates, providing

recommendations for system enhancements.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined

scope and budget.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and

customizations.
Must-Have

- Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and configuration across modules.
- Proven ability in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Experience with functional testing, validation, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Robust business acumen in project planning, management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
