- Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Daily Stock Entry: Execute stock entry updates.
- Expense Management: Update utility and local purchase expenses on WhatsApp and send hard copies to the Head Office.
- Financial Documentation: Prepare daily sheets, cash vouchers, and attach relevant documents (billing, dispatch, stock, cash flow, employee advances).
- Sales Invoice Processing: Generate sales invoices, including e-invoices and waybills.
- Material Handling & Dispatch: Manage inward/outward materials and coordinate dispatch-related activities.
- Logistics Coordination: Execute dispatch documentation and communicate with transporters.
- Storage & Compliance: Ensure proper storage and handling as per company policies.
- Sales Support: Assist BDM Sales with inquiries, quotations, customer follow-ups,
and complaint resolution.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle office operations, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain daily activity reports in CRM/WhatsApp.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order tracking.
- Facility Management: Oversee housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ethics, and data confidentiality.
- Team Support: Act as a backup for colleagues when required.
