Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective candidates or business partners, introducing our global career and staffing solutions, handling inquiries, and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients or job seekers, following up on leads generated from various channels.
- Pitching Services: Clearly explain i2go Global’s recruitment, training, and placement services to interested parties.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and direct them to the appropriate department or counselor.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and prospect details in the company database.
- Follow-Ups: Nurture relationships with regular follow-up calls and messages to encourage conversion or registration.
- Support: Assist the sales/recruitment team by scheduling consultations,



interviews, or meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or inside sales executive.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
