Job Responsibilities

Receive and review enrollment requests to ensure all required eligibility data is present to enable enrollment for MetLife’s Core products

- Verify eligibility by navigating within one or more systems including GroupFacts and/or CDF

- Input data manually into UIS and/or GroupFacts

- Terminate employee enrollments

- Respond to requestors in a timely manner within TAT

- Respond to customers using standard response templates, adding clear details when needed

- Log metrics

- Maintaining quality standards

- Partner with supervisors to assess root cause of escalations

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including security, data retention/ ILM and external regulations

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

(In Years)

-
1-2 years of experience performing manual data entry(preferably in Insurance Industry)

- Customer service experience

- Business writing skills, including ability to write clear, concise communications

Technical Skills

-
Proficient knowledge of MS office - Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook

- Typing / data entry speed 30 wpm with 90% accuracy





Other Skills

-
Knowledge of Insurance principles in relation to the US Insurance industry

- Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and comprehension skills
