Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving student admissions, achieving revenue targets, leading the branch team, and ensuring an excellent student and parent experience. The role combines sales, operations, team management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the counseling, sales, and administrative teams.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and admission conversion rates.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional events.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local organizations.
- Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain branch MIS reports,



fee collections, budgets, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree .
- 4–7 years of experience in branch management, sales, or the education/EdTech industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹14,412.90 - ₹35,483.73 per month
