Role description

Ideal candidate must have design experience with the following -

- Knowledge of different industry verticals, architectures and compliance requirements
- Routing and switching infrastructure deployment models (physical and VNF)
- Wireless (wifi 5, wifi6) and private network IoT/5G deployment architectures
- Mandatory design experience required in at least two of the following SDN technologies:
- - SD-WAN (Fortinet, Versa, Cisco, Palo Alto, Cato, Viptela, Silverpeak, VeloCloud)
- SASE (Fortinet, Versa, Palo Alto, HPE, Cisco, Juniper)
- SD-ACCESS (Cisco, Juniper, Zscaler)
- ACI (Cisco ACI)
- NSX, WAN Optimizer, Load Balancers architecture and design

- Work with Sales/Account managers to engage in pre-sales activity and propose creative ideas and solutions to customer needs
- High speed, Low latency network architecture
- Network Automation (AI/ML based auto-ticket resolution) and Monitoring Tools, - NPM, APM, IPAM, DDI
- Virtualization and Automation - Understanding of Software Defined Network, Network Function Virtualization and intelligent WAN technologies
- SD-WAN-as-a-service model offerings. Positive understanding of market leaders in SASE and Secure SD-WAN service providers
- IT Service Management – Understanding of ITIL best practices,
- Identity and Access Management – Design and implementation of Cisco ACS, Cisco ISE, BYoD, Network Admission control, SDP
- Intent Based Self-Healing Networks
- Azure, GCP, AWS Network architecture
- IP communications protocols, Enterprise Architectures, Video architectures
- Vertical industry experience in helping customers understand how technology and Architecture can solve their relevant business problems.





The Responsibilities includes -

- Work with customers and understand their setup, and analyze their deployments and come up with areas of weakness, enhancements
- Helps customers think through and define their IT strategy and resulting requirements as related to the industry challenges.
- Create use cases and solution architecture design for customer configuration/needs
- Can create conceptual and logical architectures for the solution. The solution might include infrastructure-code, AI enabled network solutions and services
- Leads an effort whose goals are to craft and deliver business value justification, business requirements to technology architecture mapping, solution architecture & integration, and organizational change management recommendations.
- Individual builds plans and coordinates implementations of the solution across cross-technology (SDDC, SDN/DC/Collab) virtual delivery teams.
- Able to articulate this vision across Executives and senior Enterprise/Solution Architects.
- Create repeatable service offerings for specific domains such as SDN / Network Function Virtualization, security and applications
- Work with Sales/Account managers to engage in pre-sales activity and propose creative ideas and solutions to customer needs
- Solution sizing, pricing,



writing proposal documents, creating transition pans, leading defense presentations and optimizing proposals for BAFO
- Deliver technical and services workshop for Network offerings
- Work with other solution teams to create validated designs and other reference architectures
- Create technical and solution content

Candidate Profile, Skills and Qualifications -

- 10-15 years of solution architect experience in Architecture, Design, Build, Operate and Optimize
- Preferably a BS, MS degree in EE, computer science
- CCIE is a plus
- Ability to work closely with customers
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Open and engaging collaboration style
- Ability to take initiative in virtual team efforts and influence technical and architectural directions
- Demonstrated technical ability when working with complex component(s) or whole product/platform
- Ability to work independently with very little supervision
