Job Summary

Job Purpose: The Platform Engineer – Databricks is responsible for building, automating, and operating a scalable and reliable Databricks platform on Azure. The role focuses on infrastructure automation, CI/CD enablement, platform performance, and cost optimization. Working closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business users, the engineer ensures secure integration and stable operations to support enterprise analytics and AI workloads. Key Responsibilities: Automate the provisioning of services adhering to Infrastructure-as-Code principles. Develop and maintain Python scripts and SQL queries for effective monitoring and to optimize platform performance and data management. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Business Users to design and implement scalable and efficient platform solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues to ensure uninterrupted service for Databricks Monitor system performance, data pipelines and platform cost to ensure the needed availability and reliability for Databricks. Manage connections to source systems. Stay updated with industry best practices and technology trends to continuously improve our platform. Qualification: Degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Platform Engineer/Cloud Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) and their services. Good knowledge

Key Responsibilities
1. To design and develop recent tools as per the client’s requirements and/ customize the existing tools.
2. To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
3. To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.
4. To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
5. To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
