Mechanical MIS Manager – Job Description

- Manage MIS and records for all company machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
- Track equipment utilization, availability, working hours, breakdowns, and downtime.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
- Maintain records of spare parts, maintenance costs, and mechanical expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Track machinery and vehicle deployment across different project sites.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Site, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain vehicle and machinery-related documents, including insurance, registration, PUC, and fitness certificates.
- Analyze operational and maintenance data to identify cost and performance trends.
- Maintain accurate Excel-based trackers and ensure timely reporting to management.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
