Who do we need?

Games2win is a large global mobile publishing Company and constantly outsources production of game assets for use in its mobile games. Examples of these assets include

- Language Translations to 20+ languages of all in-game text
- 2D Art Production of high-quality Garments for our Dress-up games
- 3D Automobile and environments for our driving games

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the entire process of sourcing partners, managing the production process with these partners, being the bridge between our internal teams and these partners, and communicating clearly with these partners. We use Upwork for all our outsourcing..

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

- Work with Company Managers and their teams to understand and document what it is we need to outsource. Ensure these requirements are documented clearly and budgets are approved.




- Post these jobs on Upwork, being clear about milestones and expectations.
- Solicit and short-list potential partners. Once identified, partners need to be tracked for performance.
- Monitor each project and act as the liaison between the vendor and the managers within the Company. Work with internal project managers to ensure deadlines are clear and understood by the partner.Act upon delays from either side and make sure the projects move forward.
- Execute each project from start to finish and conclude payments with the Finance Team of the Company.
- Periodically review the quality of work of vendors. Clearly inform vendors what the problems are, if any, and identify replacements if there are no improvements.
- As you are the face of Games2win on Upwork, you will have to ensure you are transparent and concise with partners whilst maintaining our reputation (over 4+) on Upwork.

Who could you be? (Experience and Background)

- 3-4 years’ experience outsourcing projects on Upwork
- Proven ability to multiplex across projects
- Enjoy working with multiple partners and building relationships
- An understanding of game production processes such as 2D art creation and text translation.
- Someone who loves using Google Spreadsheets to track progress of projects in a detailed manner

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or higher.
- A Certification in Project Management will be preferred.
