Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling coordination activities, inventory processes, order management, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operational activities of the store and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams for timely execution of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
- Track incoming and outgoing products efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling of customized orders and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required.




- Maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Handle billing, order tracking, and process management activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely execution and support.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Team handling and coordination skills are an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in retail, gifting, e-commerce, or customer operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
