Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance, and support accounting operations within the automobile sector. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, dealership/vendor transactions, and inventory-related financials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
- Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of dealer/vendor accounts
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Process vehicle sales entries, including GST calculations and documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, inventory, logistics)
- Track inventory accounting (vehicles, spare parts, accessories)
- Support audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (automobile/dealership experience preferred)




- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
- Good understanding of inventory accounting and cost tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with automobile dealerships or OEMs
- Familiarity with vehicle financing, insurance entries, and RTO-related accounting
- Exposure to high-volume transaction environments

- Efficiency in handling AP/AR cycles
- Inventory accounting accuracy

Work Environment:

- Office-based role with coordination across sales and operations teams
- May require working during month-end/financial closing periods

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
