Key Responsibilities
Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.
Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.
Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.
Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.
Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently.
Work within Home Lane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.
Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover.
Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.
Ensure zero-defect designs by following Home Lane technical and quality guidelines.

Key Skills & Capabilities




Robust hands-on designing capability with a luxury residential sensibility.
Customer-facing confidence and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work with constraints of cost, timelines, and standard modules.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3Ds Max, or equivalent tools.
Detail-oriented with robust ownership of outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications
6–14+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors.
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; postgraduate qualification preferred.
Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects.
