Job Role
Drive life insurance sales through assigned Canara Bank branches.
Build and strengthen relationships with branch managers and bank staff.
Generate business through customer referrals from the bank.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Conduct joint customer meetings and sales calls with bank officials.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Train and motivate bank staff to increase insurance business.
Ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, and after-sales support.
Track branch performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
