Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve critical incidents efficiently.
Experience in coordinating responses during high-pressure situations to minimize impact.
Ability to analyze system failures and implement corrective actions promptly.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders during incident resolution.
