Responsibilities Bid on relevant Upwork projects.

Write customized proposals.

Generate and qualify leads.

Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.

Coordinate with the technical team.

Negotiate and close deals.

Meet monthly lead and conversion targets.

Requirements 1+ years of Upwork bidding experience.

Experience with Digital Marketing & Web Development projects.

Excellent English communication skills.

Solid proposal writing and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Website Development is a plus.
