Job Responsibilities
Handle escalated faults from L1 and field teams.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Lead major incident bridge calls and coordination.
Ensure service restoration within defined SLA timelines.
Analyze alarms and correlate multi-domain faults.
Validate fixes and ensure permanent resolution.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for resolution.
Track recurring issues and drive preventive actions.
Maintain incident logs and detailed RCA reports.
Support change validation and post-implementation checks.
Monitor critical KPIs and service impact trends.
Guide L1 engineers on complex troubleshooting cases.
Work in rotational shifts.

BE / B Tech
Experience Requirement
4 - 12 years
Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of core, IP, and transmission networks.
Expertise in TCP/IP, routing, switching, and MPLS.
Hands-on experience with NMS, EMS, and tools.
Robust understanding of fault and incident management.
Experience in alarm correlation and impact analysis.
Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis.
Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem processes.
Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with structured troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
