Domain Knowledge: Has broad understanding of technologies, technicalities, and tools used. Can guide the team members.
Project Management: Reviews the baseline schedule and adheres to it.
Highlights and estimates key resource requirements well in advance. Anticipates key risks and takes steps to manage them.
People Management: Fosters team spirit. Effectively manages team and ensures team members perform up to expectations. Resolves conflicts.
Communication: Effective written & verbal communication required for completion of tasks and presentation of the same.
Commercial Acumen: Budgeting, costing, quantity estimations, and certification quality, safety & RJIL values.
