Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate high‑quality B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach.
Qualify prospects using the BANT framework to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct detailed market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
6 months – 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Knowledge of SaaS/IT services is an added advantage.
