This role exists to build and run a supplychain that scalescleanly across cities, supports rapid expansion, and protects unit economics- withoutdisrupting on-ground operations.

You will own sourcing,procurement, vendor management, and supply continuity across India.

What you will be responsible for

End-to-End SupplyChain Ownership

- Own procurement and supply chainacross all citiesand outlets

- Ensure uninterrupted availability of coffee, ingredients, packaging, consumables, and equipment

- Work closely with operations to anticipate demandand avoid stock-outs or excess inventory

Vendor Sourcing and Management

- Identify, onboard, and manage vendorsacross categories

- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and SLAs

- Build a dependable vendor ecosystem, not transactional relationships

- Hold vendors accountable on quality, timelines, and consistency

Cost and Margin Discipline

- Drive cost optimisation without compromising quality

- Track and improvelanded costs acrosscategories

- Partner with financeto control COGS and workingcapital

- Continuously benchmark and renegotiate as scale improves

Inventory Planning and Control

- Build demand planningand replenishment systems

- Set inventory normsby category and city

- Reduce wastage, expiry, and emergency procurement

- Improve stock visibility and accuracy across locations





Systems and ProcessBuilding

- Create simple, repeatable procurement and SCM processes

- Build dashboards covering

- Vendor-wise pricing and performance

- Inventory turns and ageing

- Stock-out and overstock incidents

- Purchase order adherence and lead times

- Ensure processes scalewith growth

Expansion and New LaunchSupport

- Support recent outletand city launcheswith zero surprises

- Ensure timely availability of equipment, raw materials, and packaging

- Build scalable playbooks for rapid rollout

Quality and Compliance

- Ensure quality standards are met consistently

- Own quality checks,certifications, and auditswhere required

- Work closely with operations and product teams on qualityimprovements

What success looks like

- Zero critical stock-outs impacting operations

- Predictable supply availability across cities

- Improved cost efficiencies as scale increases

- Lower working capitalstress through betterplanning

- Strong vendor relationships with high accountability

Who this role is for

- 10–12+ years of experience in supply chain / procurement (QSR, food retail, FMCG, consumer brands, or similar)

- Hands-on experience managingmulti-city or pan-India supply chains

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

- Comfort working with data, systems,and on-ground teams

- Practical problem-solver with execution bias

Nice to have

- Experience supporting rapidstore expansion

- Exposure to tech-enabled inventory or ERP systems

- Understanding of food safety and quality standards
