- Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory availability.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
Material Receipt & Storage
- Receive materials as per Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Verify quantity, quality, and specifications of received materials.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
- Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and inward registers.
Material Issue & Dispatch
- Issue materials against approved requisitions.
- Maintain proper records of material movement.
- Coordinate dispatch of materials to project sites and vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for outward movement.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain stock registers, inventory reports, and store records.
- Prepare daily, weekly,
and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain documentation related to receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Support audits and management reviews.
Asset & Tool Management
- Track company assets, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain issue-return records for tools and machinery.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safekeeping of assets.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in store/warehouse management.
- Experience in Telecom, Railway, Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC projects preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma in Material Management/Store Management preferred.
