Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with over six years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM. The consultant will lead the design and delivery of SCM solutions, helping organizations optimize their end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to production, inventory, logistics, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage full-cycle Dynamics 365 SCM implementations (analysis, design, configuration, testing, go-live).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture supply chain requirements and map them into D365 SCM solutions.
- Configure and deliver SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory & Warehouse, Sales & Distribution, Production Control, Master Planning, Transportation, Demand Forecasting.
- Support integration with Finance, MES, IoT, and logistics providers.
- Conduct workshops, training, and documentation of business processes and functional designs.
- Perform testing, UAT support, and cutover planning.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Stay updated with Microsoft's product roadmap and suggest improvements.





Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM and/or AX.
- At least 2-3 successful full lifecycle implementations of D365 SCM.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, production, warehousing, logistics).
- Expertise in SCM modules: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Transportation.
- Experience with demand forecasting, MRP, and master planning.
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330).
- Knowledge of Power BI and reporting frameworks.
- Exposure to Finance modules for integrated process flows.
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-site, or multi-country operations.
- Industry exposure: Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, or Distribution.

- Excellent documentation and specification writing.
