1. Collection of documentation and verifications needed for active conformity programs:
2. Test reports from suppliers
3. Conformity statements from suppliers
4. Follow up of test reports from external labs
5. Mill certificates
6. Type approval certificates
7. Hazmat documentation
8. Follow up of certificates of origin requirements (where needed) for free trade agreements (Focus N.America and EU)
9. All other duties as assigned by the SC Manager
EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in industrial or logistics business management or college degree in Industrial Engineering or similar degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in the area of Customs/Export, supplier management or order management
PROFILE:
- Very good English language skills
- Additional languages are advantage (Italian/French/German)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
- Intercultural competence and ability to work in a global team
- Positive communication skills
