Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods. This role supervises warehouse staff, manages inventory, enforces safety standards, and ensures orders are received, stored, and shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and audits
- Enforce workplace safety rules and company policies
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment use
- Monitor productivity and suggest process improvements
- Operate or oversee use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Communicate with management, drivers, and other departments
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, labor, and performance metrics





Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience required
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, email)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
- Robust problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.59 per month
