- Ability to speak Hindi (Mandatory)
- Experience in supervision/workforce management preferred
- Retired Army/Defence personnel preferred
- Must own a bike
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Age: Up to 55 years (Age is not a constraint)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise 80 - 90 migrant workers
- Manage worker attendance and accommodation
- Arrange manpower during shortages
- Maintain worker and supply records
- Coordinate weekly payment processes
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
