Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily plant operations and production activities.

- Maintain attendance, manpower, and stock records.

- Ensure production targets, quality, and safety compliance.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

- Prepare daily production and inventory reports.

- Manage shift operations and resolve shop-floor issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.

- 25 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing/Plant Operations.

- Knowledge of attendance, inventory, and production management.

- Basic MS Excel & MS Office skills.

- Positive communication, leadership, and team-handling abilities.

- Willing to work in shifts and maintain safety & quality standards.
