We are looking for an organized, responsible and proactive intern to assist the Executive Assistant in daily operations. The role involves coordinating photo shoot activities, handling post-production deliveries, communicating with clients and vendors, and supporting social media planning.The Candidte should have Interest in photography or social media and have basic knowledge of Photoshop and photo editing and have willingness to learn and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate post-production photo and video deliveries.
- Be present on photo shoot days to assist clients, vendors and the team.
- Manage products and ensure everything is ready for shoots.
- Follow up with clients and vendors for smooth communication.
- Assist with scheduling and day-to-day administrative work.
- Share ideas for social media content and marketing.
- Keep records, checklists and project updates organized.
- Support the Executive Assistant with any additional operational tasks.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
