We’re looking for a Student Success Manager who can walk with our learners from their first hello to their proudest “I did it!”

What You’ll Do:

- Onboard new students and set the tone for a positive learning journey.
- Be the go-to support for students—guiding, checking in, and resolving concerns.
- Track progress, flag academic dips, and coordinate support where needed.
- Keep students motivated and engaged through regular communication.
- Organize wellness activities, interactive sessions, and feedback loops.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure a smooth academic experience.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including interview scheduling and coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners and recruiters.
- Source and coordinate placement opportunities for eligible students.
- Conduct resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance sessions.




- Track placement status, interview outcomes, offers, and joining confirmations.
- Organize placement drives, recruitment events, and employer interactions.
- Follow up with students and employers to ensure successful placements.

Who You Are:

- 1 year of experience in academic/student-facing roles
- Empathetic, proactive, and genuinely student-first
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google suite, Microsoft Suite, WhatsApp)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
