We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and goal-oriented Student Advisor to join our Admissions team.

As a Student Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their career journey by understanding their aspirations, recommending suitable learning programs, and helping them make informed decisions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and contributing to student success while working in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and working professionals on suitable career pathways and learning programs.

Understand each candidate's educational background, career goals, and aspirations to recommend the right program.

Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, and walk-in visits.

Conduct detailed counselling sessions by explaining course curriculum, certifications, fee structure, placement support, and career opportunities.

Build strong relationships with prospective students through timely follow-ups and personalized guidance.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments while maintaining a high conversion ratio.

Maintain accurate lead records, counselling notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Coordinate with Academic,



Operations, and Placement teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.

Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.

Represent GrowthX Academy during seminars, webinars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events whenever required.

Preferred Candidate

Profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Student Advising, Admissions, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Student Relationship Management.

Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Colleges, Universities, or Skill Development organizations will be preferred.

Passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Self-motivated, professional, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
