Position: Structural Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 5–7 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for residential construction projects.
- Prepare structural calculations, detailed drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Architects, MEP Engineers, and Project Execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review structural drawings and ensure compliance with IS Codes and industry standards.
- Conduct structural inspections and provide technical solutions for site-related challenges.
- Optimize structural designs for cost efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
- Support project teams during execution by resolving technical queries.




- Ensure timely delivery of structural designs aligned with project schedules.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred).
- 5–7 years of structural design experience in residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC Design, Steel Structures, and Indian Standard (IS) Codes.
- Experience in independent homes, villas, and residential construction projects.
- Excellent understanding of structural detailing and design principles.
