To address this challenge, SSC has designed the Professional Internship Program, 8-week structured training and internship program aimed at bridging this critical gap.

This program is not just about short-term learning. It is a stepping stone for aspiring engineers to build a solid foundation, gain practical exposure, and develop the vision needed for long-term career success.

Program Overview

Duration: 2 Months

Eligibility

: Fresh graduates or students in the final semester of their master's in

Structural Engineering- Ready to start the professional journey.





Undergraduates nearing completion are not eligible.

- Batch Size

: 5 engineers per batch
- Certification

Recognized certificate upon successful completion

Program Structure:

During the internship, candidates will undergo the following:

1. Technical Training:

- Strengthening theoretical knowledge through practical application
- Hands-on experience with live structural engineering projects
- Exposure to modern methods and tools used in industry

1. Professional Skills Development:

- Training in technical writing and documentation
- Learning effective coordination with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Understanding professional conduct and workplace practices

1. Industry Exposure:

- Site visits to experience real-time challenges in structural engineering
- Interaction with experienced engineers and mentors

1. A mini project:

- Candidate will complete the mini-project with live office experience and implement all the learnings during the internship simultaneously.
- Comprehensive relevant material which will be useful not just during the internship, but also throughout professional life.
