We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our team in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of overseas education processes, and the ability to guide students in choosing the right study destination and academic program.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Guide students through course, university, and country selection.
- Assist students with the admission and application process.
- Provide information about visa procedures and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain solid client relationships.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth application process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience at any telecalling field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of international universities, admissions, and visa procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
