About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Founders Office Associate who can work closely with the Founder across multiple businesses and recent initiatives.

This role combines strategy, research, and hands-on execution. You will help evaluate opportunities, drive key projects, and ensure that the Founder’s priorities are converted into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert the Founder’s vision and priorities into structured action plans.
- Research, evaluate, and execute new business ideas and strategic initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional projects across different business functions.
- Coordinate with team leaders, track progress, and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.
- Prepare business plans, presentations, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Build processes, systems, and accountability frameworks.
- Support partnerships, special projects, and high-priority assignments.
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, startups, project management, or Founder’s Office roles.
- Strong generalist mindset with the ability to handle research,



planning, and execution.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High ownership, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and business dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site from Malkapur.
