Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Store Sales Executive to drive sales of home appliances by assisting customers, demonstrating products, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of home appliances.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Handle billing support, customer queries, and after-sales service coordination.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock shortages.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and service team for product availability and deliveries.




- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills

- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, televisions, microwave ovens, and kitchen appliances.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems.
- Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in retail sales of home appliances, consumer electronics, or electrical products.
- Familiarity with brands such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, IFB, Bosch, Haier, Panasonic, or similar.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and handling customer complaints is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
