Job Title Store Keeper Experience 1 to 5 yr Department Stores Inventory Industry Mechanical Construction Job Summary Responsible for handling all store operations including receiving storing issuing and recording materials tools and equipment required for mechanical construction projects Ensures proper inventory management and maintains records in compliance with company policies Key Responsibilities Receive inspect and verify incoming materials tools and equipment Maintain proper storage of materials to avoid damage theft or loss Issue materials and tools to site teams as per approved requisitions Keep accurate records of stock levels receipts and issues Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions when stock is low Ensure proper labeling coding and binning of materials Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification of materials Coordinate with purchase accounts and site teams for smooth material flow Maintain documentation such as GRN Goods Receipt Note Issue Slips and Stock Registers Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in the store Handle return of excess or unused materials from sites Requirements Education Diploma Graduate preferably in Mechanical Material Management Experience 1-5 years as a Store Keeper in construction mechanical industry Skills Knowledge of construction materials piping fittings and mechanical tools Inventory management and record-keeping Familiarity with ERP Inventory software and MS Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
