Operations & Atelier Manager

Purpose: Ensure the atelier runs smoothly every day while maintaining quality, production timelines, inventory and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the atelier.
- Plan and manage production schedules.
- Coordinate with chefs and production staff.
- Ensure quality control and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging and supplies.
- Place purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
- Handle order planning for retail, corporate and events.
- Coordinate dispatches and delivery schedules.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety and SOPs.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Track wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with exhibitions, pop-ups and live stations.
- Manage opening and closing of the atelier.

Skills

- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Good communication and vendor management.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in food, hospitality, retail or operations preferred.
