We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials at our Mohali plant. The candidate should ensure accurate inventory records, maintain stock levels, and support smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain inventory and stock registers accurately.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping in the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production teams.
- Maintain inventory records and stock transactions in Tally.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and inventory procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/TallyPrime is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and material handling practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
