Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon DLF Summit Plaza , India.

The Store

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant or hotel outlet, including managing staff schedules, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house functioning. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, monitoring inventory, managing vendor relationships, and enforcing hygiene and safety protocols.

The Store

Manager will track sales performance, control costs,



implement retail loss prevention measures, and report operational metrics to management. This position also includes coaching and developing team members, handling customer feedback, and supporting promotional activities to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong store management and operations skills, including experience in Store Management and basic Retail Loss Prevention.
- Proven customer-facing capabilities, with skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and suppliers.
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail management, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or related service environments.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage shifts, and work in a fast-paced, on-site setting.
- Comfort with basic financial tracking, POS systems, and reporting on sales and operational KPIs.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
