Store Manager – Furniture Showroom ? Location: Nagpur ? Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and agile Store Manager to lead our 35,000 sq. ft. furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales and business objectives.

- Drive sales, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and implement strategies to maximize business growth.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a large-format retail showroom (Furniture/Home Décor industry preferred).




- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Experience in showroom operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Good understanding of the local market.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
