DESIGNATION is hiring an experienced Store Manager for our clothing retail store.
Salary
₹18,000–₹20,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service.
- Handle stock management and visual merchandising.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Ensure store cleanliness and discipline.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the clothing/fashion retail industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
