Role & responsibilities

1. Store Support & Assistance

- Assist optometrists and sales staff during daily store operations
- Help in preparing the store for the opening and closing procedures
- Support staff during customer rush hours

1. Product Handling & Display

- Clean and maintain eyeglass frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories
- Arrange products neatly in display racks and showcases
- Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage
- Assist in restocking shelves and organizing inventory

1. Store Cleanliness & Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness of the store floor, furniture, mirrors, counters, and equipment
- Ensure trial frames and testing areas are clean and hygienic
- Report any damaged furniture or fixtures to the store manager

1. Customer Support

- Greet customers politely and guide them to the appropriate staff
- Help customers with basic needs like seating, water, or frame selection (under supervision)

Stock & Inventory Support

- Assist in receiving and unpacking recent stock
- Help in labeling, counting, and arranging inventory
- Inform staff about low stock or missing items

1. Miscellaneous Duties

- Run small errands for the store when required
- Follow store policies, safety, and hygiene standards
- Perform any other support tasks assigned by the store manager

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 10th pass

- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to learn and help customers and staff

- Helpful and cooperative attitude

- Neat appearance and hygiene
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and organization

- Ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit to stand and move for long hours
