Job Responsibilities

- Receive, verify, and store materials, spare parts, and inventory items.

- Issue materials to production and maintenance teams as per requisitions.

- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in ERP or Excel.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.

- Perform daily stock verification and assist in monthly inventory audits.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store Supervisor.

- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and ensure proper material handling.

- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the store area.

- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and inventory reports.

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.Role & responsibilities
