Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the store/outlet. Prepare staff duty rosters and manage team schedules. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment. Ensure smooth store operations while maintaining company standards and SOPs.

Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve operational and sales goals. Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business targets. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the outlet. Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation. Prepare operational reports and communicate store performance to management.

Eligibility





Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or a similar retail/food service management role. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Experience in inventory management, stock control, and staff supervision. Ability to manage store operations independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems is preferred. Willingness to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
