- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders.

- Ensure proper storage and identification of all inventory items.

- Issue materials to production departments against authorized requisitions.

- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation.

- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.

- Prepare GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Reports, and Delivery Challans.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.

- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Finance, and Logistics teams.

- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.

- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs and 5S standards.

- Conduct periodic stock audits and support internal/external audits.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure statutory compliance.

- Minimize inventory losses, damages, and material wastage.
