We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store In charge to oversee our procurement activities The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring quality goods and services in a professional timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining optimal inventory levels Key Responsibilities Supervise overall store operations including receiving storing and issuing materials Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation Implement and enforce store policies and procedures Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely availability of materials Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials Monitor and optimize space utilization within the store Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store area Train and supervise store staff Handle stock discrepancies and report irregularities to management Prepare daily weekly monthly inventory reports Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field Proven experience 2 years in procurement or supply chain management Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ABC classification Excellent negotiation organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software Skills Expertise in procurement strategies and inventory management techniques Strong analytical skills for inventory analysis and MIS reporting Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
