Job Title: Junior Stores Executive

Reporting To: Stores Manager / Production Head

Role Objective To ensure accurate, disciplined, and real-time management of inventory, material movement, and documentation across both plants. This is a hands-on role requiring execution rigor, attention to detail, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock records (RM, PM, FG, consumables)
- Ensure proper binning, tagging, and identification of materials
- Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages/excess

2. Inward & Outward Handling

- Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, and QC clearance
- Ensure proper GRN preparation and system entry
- Manage material issuance as per production requirements

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain proper records of GRNs, issue slips, stock registers
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance where applicable




- Support audits (internal/external) with accurate data

4. Coordination

- Work closely with Purchase, Production, and QC teams
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays
- Coordinate inter-plant material movement between Vapi & Dahej

5. Housekeeping & Discipline

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store areas
- Ensure proper stacking and safety compliance
- Prevent pilferage, damage, and material loss

Candidate Profile

- Graduate (Commerce preferred)
- 13 years experience in stores / inventory (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Tally preferred )
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Willingness to travel/work between Vapi and Dahej
