Job Title: Store Executive

Job Summary The Store Manager is responsible for managing all store and warehouse operations for infrastructure projects, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of construction materials, tools, and equipment. The role ensures materials are available on time, stored safely, and maintained accurately in inventory records to support uninterrupted project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

- Oversee receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual and/or ERP system).
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits.
- Ensure proper material coding and labeling.

1. Material Handling & Storage

- Ensure secure and organized storage of materials (cement, steel, pipes, fittings, electrical items, etc.).
- Implement FIFO / LIFO procedures where applicable.
- Prevent material damage, loss, theft, or wastage.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the warehouse.

1. Issuance & Documentation

- Issue materials against approved material requests (MRN/Material Requisition Notes).
- Maintain goods receipt notes (GRN),



delivery notes, and stock registers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Track material consumption and report variances.

1. Coordination & Compliance

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Supervise storekeepers and warehouse assistants.
- Support internal and external audits.

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 08+ years of experience in store or warehouse management within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory control systems.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred).
