ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overseeing and ensuring seamless operations of stores (electrical or mechanical). Thorough supervision of store activities related to material management and movement, along with collaboration between production teams and mechanical and electrical store executives.

- End-to-End Store Management: Oversee and manage the entire store and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless material movement between departments. Implement strategies that enhance efficiency in warehousing and inventory management.

- Material Handling and Storage: Supervise goods receipt (GRN) process, ensure proper material stacking/storage/labelling, facilitate issuing of materials to Production Planning and Control (PPC). Maintain and update the goods inward register, outward register, and stock register accurately.

- Stock Management and Compliance: Ensure 100% stock accuracy and compliance with warehousing procedures and regulations. Organize and conduct cycle counts and periodic stock-taking exercises to monitor inventory levels.

- Storage and Dispatch: Allocate storage racks, oversee stock put-away, and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency. Manage the storage of manufactured and finished goods, ensuring that they meet quality standards. Coordinate dispatch, transportation, and delivery of products to client locations in a timely manner.

- Retrieval and Storage: Supervise the retrieval and secure storage of mock-ups for internal reference and client demonstrations.

- Reporting and Coordination: Report regularly to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team Lead on store activities, goals, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to align material planning with production and sales objectives.

- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement practices that streamline workflow, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

- B.Com Graduate or Engineering or Any Diploma
- 1-4 years experience
- Proven experience in store management, material planning, and logistics in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency on MS Office & Tally ERP
- Has own 2-wheeler and valid DL
- Strong verbal & written communication skills. Fluent in English and preferably Kannada
- Candidate must be willing to stay in/around Whitefield and be ready for immediate joining
- Experience in warehouse management in any engineering industry (Non IT) would be preferred
- The candidate should be adaptable to meet operational demands and deadlines.
