Role Description The Store Auditor is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for ensuring that retail operations adhere to company standards and policies. The role involves conducting regular audits of store inventory, sales transactions, cash handling, and compliance with operational procedures.

Auditor will review documentation, verify stock levels, monitor adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement. This role also includes preparing audit reports, collaborating with store teams to implement corrective actions,



and supporting process enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

Auditor will work closely with management to ensure that stores maintain consistent performance and uphold PALMONAS’s brand values.

Qualifications Ability to perform store operations audits, including inventory checks, cash and sales verification, and compliance reviews.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, evaluate risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and data entry.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with store teams and management in a professional, respectful manner.

Comfort with basic computer applications and retail systems; familiarity with POS and inventory management tools is an advantage.

Understanding of retail operations, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.

Ability to work on-site in Pune City, conduct routine store visits, and manage time and priorities independently.

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, accounting, or a related field is preferred; prior auditing or store supervision experience is a plus.
