Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement of materials and services.

- Raise Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.

- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers.

- Manage inward and outward material movement.

- Maintain stock records, inventory, and GRNs.

- Ensure optimum inventory levels and timely material availability.

- Coordinate with Project, Sales, and Accounts teams.

- Conduct periodic stock verification and maintain accurate documentation.

- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation

Preferred candidate profile

- Purchase & Vendor Management

- Inventory & Store Management

- GRN, PO & Stock Control

- Tally Prime/MS Excel

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills

- Attention to detail and multitasking
